Ian Elwick - Partner

Ian is an experienced consultant and creative thinker. His interests include mapping and evaluating the creative sector. He is a qualified interior and graphic designer and has innovated creative centres including the Brighton Media Centre, the dock, The Werks and more lately the Werks Group. He currently directs 10 creative work hubs in Brighton, Hove and Tunbridge Wells with Martin which have a combined membership of over 1,500 creative professionals. Ian has also taught on the MBA in Creative Industries Management for the past 5 year and has supported and developed a number of creative support programmes including 'Transformer' through the Innovation and Growth Team (IGT) through SEEDA and recently 'Remap' through the development of Fab Lab.



Dr Martin Bouette: - Partner

Martin is highly motivated creative entrepreneur and academic. When not working with EBP Martin is a Director at the Werks Group. He also lectures in professional practice for fashion at the University of Brighton and leads Creativity Solves, a successful business consultancy which undertakes research into creativity and entrepreneurship and supports the development and running of specialist workshops. 


Martin has completed a doctorate that explored creative graduate careers and has project managed a number of successful creative focused business support projects with The University for the Creative Arts, The Werks Group, the Crafts Council, Space London and West Dean College. 

Martin has also helped develop new learning materials to support creative business development and has managed a number of key creative industries support projects across the South East of England supported by substantial European funds helping to support over 1,000 creative’s to develop and sustain creative practices. This experience is central to supporting public sector projects.
